Healing Hearts Founder and Chairman Karen Martinez
FOX San Antonio anchor Karen Martinez has passed away after her long battle with breast cancer. Karen was 37. Karen leaves behind her husband, Joseph, and her three children, Josh, Miranda, and Mitchell. Karen's courage in her battle inspired us all. She loved each of her FOX San Antonio viewers. Our prayers go out to her family.
